Registration and Order Forms

The VIPGeek Affiliate Program collects information from the new affiliate such as their name, address, number, web site URL & SSN Social Security Number of the affialte or TAX ID Number of the affialtes company. This information is used for purposes of creating a 1099 Tax Form for reporting income earned in excess of $600.00 by VIPGeek Affiliates to the IRS (Internal Revenue Service).

Social Security Numbers

We require your SSN (social security number) to provide us information required for the VIPGeek’s Affiliate Program which allows an individual to make referrals to others about our services an receive a 20% commission. Your SSN will be reported to the IRS for any income earned over $600.00 for the active year of participation. When you enter your social security number on our registration form, we encrypt it using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Site registration and/or order forms may require users to give us contact information (like their name and email address), unique identifiers (like their social security number), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and to fulfill delivery of ordered products and services. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to check the users' qualifications for registration and to bill the user for products and services. Some information may be shared with third-party companies. Only such information as is necessary in order to process payments, and to fulfill product and service delivery requirements will be provided to third-parties. VIPGeek Corporation will comply with any subpoena or summons issued by any federal, state, or local law enforcement or judicial agencies for information. We may voluntarily provide unsolicited information to appropriate authorities if we believe the information is relevant to a criminal investigation.
